"Pretty decent for what I needed"
I picked this up for a small spot in my kitchen, and it does the job. The glass is a little thinner than I was expecting, but it still looks nice and matches the photos well. One part had a slightly rough edge, which reminded me of a similar budget piece I bought a while back—not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed. Overall, it’s fine if you’re looking for something simple and affordable, but I wouldn’t expect it to feel super high-end

"My order showed up with barely any padding..."
My order showed up with barely any padding in the box, so the item was just rattling around loose the whole time. By the time it arrived, it had a chip in it. this feels like such a preventable issue if it had just been packed properly. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Prices felt a bit steep"
I had a look around Bongmania, but the prices just didn’t feel all that fair for what was on offer. I found similar stuff on other Aussie sites for less without really having to search much.
Maybe some people are fine with it, but to me it felt like I’d be paying extra for about the same thing. I don’t think I’d be that keen to order from them again...

I emailed them about a question on my receipt and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. I ended up sending one follow-up email before I heard anything. The information they gave me was helpful enough in the end, just not as quick or clear as I would’ve liked.

"Not discreet at all"
I was disappointed when this showed up at my office with obvious branding all over the box. Definitely made for an awkward moment. It also made me question the overall quality and attention to detail if they can't even get the packaging right. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Checkout felt safe enough, but it was little unclear in few spots. I got through it fine, just wish the steps were explained a bit better.

I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on my refund. I’ve tried to follow up, but it feels like I’m just being ignored. The whole process has been way more of a hassle than it should be.

"Felt a bit awkward waiting so long"
My order itself was fine, but getting a reply from support took ages. I actually felt a bit embarrassed having to chase it up, like I was being a nuisance, even though I just needed an update. The slow replies made the whole thing annoying, so I’m not really keen to deal with it again.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I planned for. I was feeling pressured because I needed it by a certain time, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it over and over. the slow delivery was really frustrating.

"Tracking never moved and nobody seemed to own it"
I ordered more than a week ago and the tracking has been stuck on “label created” the whole time. No pickup scan, no movement, nothing to show it actually went anywhere.
I emailed to ask what was happening and basically got told to just wait for the tracking to update. The frustrating part is that nobody really seemed to take ownership of it, like it was the courier’s problem, but also not something they could confirm had even been handed over.
Delays happen, I get that, but I’d rather someone be clear and say what’s actually going on. This just felt vague and unhelpful, and I wouldn’t be keen to order from bongmania.com.au again...

"The refund process was a bit..."
The refund process was a bit of a mess. They told me it had been processed, but I was still waiting around for ages with no real update. I emailed a couple times and just got these super short replies that didn’t really tell me anything, which was annoying tbh.
The product itself wasn’t the problem, but the way they handled the refund was not it. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously sort that side of things out, because chasing your own money like that is just a pain

"Order was pretty much on point"
My order showed up quickly, which was nice. One of the smaller items wasn’t exactly what I chose (not a huge deal, but still a little annoying). The main stuff was all correct though, so I wasn’t too bothered. Just wish they’d double-check the little extras a bit more carefully.

My delivery just never showed up, and every time I contacted support, they basically told me to keep waiting. I get that delays happen, but customers need clearer updates instead of being left hanging with no real answer.

I was ready to buy and then the payment just kept failing for some reason, which was frustrating. I tried it a couple times thinking maybe it was my card or the page just glitching, but nope, same thing. At that point I didn’t really feel like messing with it anymore, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else

I checked it out hoping there’d be a bit more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A few categories only had a handful of options, and a lot of the products looked kind of similar. The prices weren’t bad, but I would’ve liked to see more styles and brands. It’s not terrible, there just isn’t much variety.

"Looks nice, but the durability claims felt a bit vague"
I ordered this from Bongmania it looked good when it arrived. The glass feels decent for the price, but it’s definitely not as thick or sturdy as I was kind of expecting. The site makes it sound like you’re getting something solid, but the promises around quality/durability felt a bit vague to me. Mine got a small chip from a light knock on the sink, which was annoying. It’s still usable and the packaging was fine, but I do wish the glass felt tougher...

"Website was frustrating to use"
I tried browsing the site, but it was annoying. The pages were slow to load, the filters did not really narrow things down much, and it took way too long to find basic information. I ended up giving up before placing an order. The site really needs a proper clean up.
